Somebody has some good information on how to make money with online dating sites?
you have to sign up as an affiliate, and then you get people to join, and they would have to sign up under your affiliate link, and then you get a commission every month when they pay their membership fee.
If you go to the very bottom of the dating site, it will either say "affiliates" or "join us" or "partner with us", click on that and it will tell you what you need to do.
When starting a new online dating site, how does one get people, possibly already on other sites? I’m sure you don’t start with NO people.
Attractive display banners on other dating sites could be very effective. Imagine a gadget ad on a site like eharmony, okcupid, or jdate, that links the user to your site and asks for a signup.

Sorry to hear that. I tried a couple of sites and personally I found the regional ones are better (and normally cheaper) so it’s probably best you go for a local one rather than one of the bigger sites. I just seem to get more genuine responses. Initially I tried match.com but didn’t get anywhere with that. More recently I have been using http://www.saltiresingles.co.uk and so far so good.

Has anyone that 20-30 has success with an online dating site? Ive looked around but some sites look like there just filled with fake profiles of women to lure guys in.
